Business Acquisition & Conversion Intelligence.
BACI is an intelligence institution. We determine what is true about a market, what it means commercially, and what an organisation should do about it.
Most systems compete on what they can reach. We compete on what we accept.
BACI does not restrict discovery to a predetermined list of sources. Relevant evidence may emerge from anywhere in the information sphere. Discovery, however, is not acceptance. What BACI finds is assessed for authority, provenance, independence, comparability, freshness and corroboration before it is permitted to inform intelligence.
Where evidence is estimated or proxied, that is preserved rather than smoothed away. Where we cannot establish something responsibly, we say so.
An organisation acting on BACI knows not only what we know, but how confidently we know it.
AcquisitionWhere markets, customers, contracts, capital and opportunities are.
ConversionWhat turns an opportunity into a commercial outcome, and what prevents it.
IntelligenceNot the data, and not a dashboard. The judgement that sits between information and decision.
These are one system, not three products. An investment signal moves market attractiveness. A procurement notice reveals demand. A pattern of business formation announces a competitor before that competitor announces itself. BACI reads the environment around an event, not the event alone.
Commerce does not observe a single language, jurisdiction or dataset. Neither do we.
BACI's methodology recognises that mature, developing, emerging and frontier economies cannot be measured by assumptions built for a handful of developed markets.
We do not make markets look alike. We make them comparable without erasing what makes them different.
Organisations differ in how much autonomy they will grant, and that is a governance decision rather than a technical one.
ManualBACI provides the intelligence. The organisation decides and acts.
HybridBACI monitors continuously, identifies what warrants attention, and acts on what has been approved.
AutonomousBACI watches, investigates, decides and executes within the authority it has been given, and reports what it did.
The intelligence is identical in all three. What changes is how far the organisation has chosen to let it go.
An organisation's data and private business context remain its own.
BACI does not use one customer's private data, inputs or outputs to train shared models for the benefit of other customers unless that customer expressly chooses to participate in a clearly identified programme. Two competitors can both use BACI without either customer's private intelligence being used to advantage the other simply because they share the platform.
That boundary is governed by customer authority, not BACI's discretion.
BACI is international by construction rather than by footprint.
The system operates across 181 markets in nine regions and more than 118 languages, with intelligence models built separately for mature, developing, emerging and frontier economies. That range is not an expansion plan. It is how BACI was designed from the first line.
We hold no regional default, because no single market was ever the reference point. The method reads Lagos, Riyadh, São Paulo, Frankfurt, London and New York on their own terms, and says plainly when the evidence in one is thinner than in another.
That requires people who understand what data looks like when institutions are strong, and what it looks like when they are not and who can tell the difference between a market that is quiet and one that is simply unmeasured.
Governance is not a department here. It is the architecture: what BACI accepts as evidence, how far it may act without approval, and where a customer's intelligence stops being ours to use.
More information was never the problem. Advantage belongs to the organisation that can establish what matters, what it means, and what to do about it, before anyone else does.
Know what is true. Understand what it means. Decide what happens next.
